Mr. Vaclav Jilek the Head of Commercial and Economic Section of the Czech Republic’s Embassy in Islamabad visited Ghurki Trust Teaching Hospital today. He announced that Govt of the Czech Republic will install a Water Purification Plant in Ghurki Hospital. Mr. Vaclav Jalek also presented cheques for the plant and signed an agreement with Ghurki Hospital. Professor Dr.Amer Aziz, Mr. Mohsin Ghurki, Professor Dr. Naeem Mr.Muhammad Naeem were also there at the time of signing the agreement. The team of Bata shoes also participated and Mr.Iftikhar Dar from Bata assured that all civil work will be carried out from Bata Pakistan for this plant. Mr. Taufeeq Butt a renowned Columnist was also there. Mr. Vaclav Jilek said that this plant will be very first from the Czech government and can filter 1000 liters of water in just one hour. Mr. Vaclav Jilek was highly impressed by the facilities offered by the hospital for poor and deserving patients while comprehensively visiting various departments of the hospital. He showed keen interest in future projects of the hospital and assured that the Czech government will keep donating to the hospital and would like to have a long-term relationship. Keeping in view the hospitality tradition of Ghurki Hospital, Prof Dr. Amer Aziz, presented a Gtth Souvenir to Mr. Vaclav Jilek.
